GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3349

NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles KAR 598U, Nissan; KBK 186X, Toyota Corrola; KCV 125N, Honda; KBA 475C, Elgrand; KCD 609J, Mercedes Ambulance, that in breach of the terms of the contract between you and Unrivalled Auto Garage you have refused and/or neglected to take delivery of the said goods from the garage located in Thindigua, next to Delta Petrol Station and to pay all outstanding charges for repairs, storage and incidental costs due to Unrivalled Auto Garage. TAKE NOTICE that if you do not take delivery of the said goods within thirty (30) days from the date hereof and pay the charges as aforesaid, the said goods will be sold by public auction or tender or private treaty without further notice and the proceeds thereof shall be defrayed against all charges and incidental costs due by you to Unrivalled Auto Garage in respect thereof.
