ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap.38) laws of Kenya, that all customers who brought water pumps, generators, engines and any other equipment for repairs on or before 30th November, 2025, and are with Davis & Shirtliff, Service Department, to collect the said goods upon payment of incidental charges including the cost of this publication within twenty one (21) days from the date of this publication. Failure to which the said goods shall be disposed off to recover repair and storage costs without any further reference to the owners and any engagement whatsover. D.
