NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above Development plan was completed on 6th February, 2026. The Development plan relate to land situated within Mkunumbi Ward, Lamu County. Copies of the part Development Plan as prepared have been deposited at the Office of County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands, Physical Planning, Urban Development and Infrastructure and the Director Lands and Physical Planning – Mokowe. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above mentioned address between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Any interested person[s] who wishes to make any presentation in connection with or objection to the above Part Development plan may send such presentations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member P.O. Box 74–80500 Lamu or e- mail dir.physicalplanning@lamu.go.ke, not later than sixty (60 days) from the date of this notice and any representations or objections shall state the grounds on which it is made.
