IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 23 (3) of the Kakamega County Water and Sanitation Services Act, 2021 and Section 51(1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Kakamega County Executive Committee Member for Water, Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change revokes the *appointment of ‒ Lisamula Silverse Anami‒Chairperson Fredrick Toloi Musungu‒Member Albert Tungani Shikule‒Member Patrick Lumumba Ligami‒Member Francis Orata (Prof.)‒Member Lucy Chogo‒Member as Chairperson and members of the Board of Directors of the Kakamega County Rural Water and Sanitation Company Limited with effect from the 4th February, 2026.
