it is notified for the information of the Members of the County Assembly and the general public of a special sitting of the County Assembly that shall be held on Wednesday, 11th March, 2026 at the County Assembly Chambers, at 2.30pm. In accordance with Standing Order 18 (1) and (2), the business to be transacted at the Special Sitting shall be the Governor’s address pursuant to section 4 (1) of the Homa Bay County State of the County Address Act, 2020 and Standing Order No. 18 (1) of the Homa Bay County Assembly Standing Orders.
