THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Kisunte Boke (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kuria, registered under title No. Bukira/Buhirimonono/489, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Migori in succession Cause No. 77 of 2007, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Chacha John Boke and (2) Mwita John Boke and confirmed it, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier has been reported missing, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of LRA 39 and LRA 42, and issue land title deed to to the said administrators and beneficiary, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to John Kisunte Boke (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
