GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3307

WHEREAS Kiptogom A. Tapgelong alias Isaiah Kipsogom arap Tapkelong (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.78 hectares or thereabout, known as Kericho/Kipsonoi/1243, situate in the district of Bomet, by virtue of a certificate of title and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate Court at Sotik in Succession Cause No. E60 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Philiph Kipkemoi Koech (ID/9308786), (2) Ludiah Chelangat (ID/1221226) and (3) Reuben Kiplangat Koech (ID/7646018), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters issued to (1) Philiph Kipkemoi Koech (ID/9308786), (2) Ludiah Chelangat (ID/1221226) and (3) Reuben Kiplangat Koech (ID/7646018), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiptogom A.
