THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS William Gathogo Kiman alias Bildad Gathogo Waihumbu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 11/2602, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1619 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Florence Wangeci Githinji and (2) Victor Kimani Gathogo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said William Gathogo Kiman alias Bildad Gathogo Waihumbu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
