THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sifrosa Manyasi John alias Sifrosa Mayasi Agutu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.90 hectare or thereabouts, known as Butsotso/Indangalasia/2398, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Magistrate’s Court at Kakamega in Succession Cause No. E785 of 2023, issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Henry Bens Nabwayo and (2) Josephert Anekha Omeno, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters issued to (1) Henry Bens Nabwayo and (2) Josephert Anekha Omeno, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Sifrosa Manyasi John alias Sifrosa Mayasi Agutu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
