THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Marenyo Limited, of P.O. Box 55645, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.3428 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kisumu/Municipality/Block 4/85, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a white card under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
