WHEREAS Jeremiah Folonja Kimaro (ID/0658860), is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all those pieces of land, situate in the county of Kwale, registered under title Nos. Kwale/Galu/Kinondo/799 and 800, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct new green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
