REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sunset Hotel Limited, of P.O. Box 215–40100, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.5298 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title No. Kisumu/Municipality Block 11/78, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
