THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Juliet Wanjiku Muthoi (ID/23398317) and (2) Andirene Njeri Muthoi (ID/22865360), both of P.O. Box 349, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Machakos, registered under title No. Ndithini/Mananja Block 1/940, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
