THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenya Way Limited, of P.O. Box 553-80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in the Malindi Township in Kilifi District, known as Portion No. 652-Malindi, registered as LT. 35, Folio 358, File 4387 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said folio thereof is lost/misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the land register as provided for under section 33(5) of the Act.
