REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dama Kazungu Makau, of P.O. Box 1240-80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietorof freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kilifi County, registered under title No. Kilifi/Kibokoni Block M13D/112, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
