THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Japhet Changawa Saya and (2) William Sidhani Baya, as administrators of the estate of Baa Yaa Mwangi (deceased), are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 5.2 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kilifi County, known as Kilifi/Ngerenyi/307, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
