REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Olipah Bikeri Abuya (ID/5728603), of P.O. Box 809– 30200, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.756 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Trans Nzoia, registered under title No. Waitaluk/Mabonde Block 8/Nyabomo/158, by virtue of certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
