WHEREAS John Mwaura Karuu (ID/3059059), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land, situate in the county of Kiambu, registered under title Nos. Juja/Kiaura Block 1/1315, 1316, 1317 and 1318, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
