REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Mwangi B. Kanya (ID/3461557), of P.O. Box 40492–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.29 hectares, 2.045 hectares, 0.13 acres and 0.052 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title Nos. Loc. 12/Subloc. 2/931, Loc. 12/Subloc. 2/886, Loc. 12/Subloc. 2/T.206 and Loc. 12/Subloc. 2/T.207, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
