REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Oenga Marochi, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land, situate in the county of Kisumu, registered under title Nos. Kisumu/Kasule/8719 and Kisumu/Kasule/6525, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
