THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Maxwell Masai Joseph and (2) Elius Kenga Mwakamsa, both of P.O. Box 85404–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 6.96 acres or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 305/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 1697, and whereas in the Magistrate’s Court at Mombasa in Case No. MCELC/E300/2024 has ordered that the land be registered under the names of (1) Maxwell Masai Joseph and (2) Elius Kenga Mwakamsha, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of indenture provided that no objection has been received within that period.
