REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Albert Kimanthi Mutua and (2) Simon Mwatu Mutua, both of P.O. Box 393120–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 4228/III/MN, situate in the north of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 35953, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
