REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Beaya Byaka Achieng, of P.O. Box 41490–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 9122/325, Kilifi, situate in the north of Mombasa Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 41861, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
