REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kantilal Sivji Gorasia and (2) Gorasiya Santaben Kantilal, both of P.O. Box 38234–00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors as lessees of all that Maisonnette No. 89, erected on that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 7149/142, situate in North West of Athi River in Machakos District, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 141022/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
