IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 172 (1) (b) (i) of the Constitution of Kenya, and section 75 (2) (c) of the Public Private Partnerships Act, the Judicial Service Commission re-appoints— EUNICE DARISTU FEDHA to be a member of the Public Private Partnerships Petition Committee, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 23rd February, 2026.
