APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 25 (3) of the
Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Cabinet
Secretary, The National Treasury, appoints—
NAPHTALY KIPCHIRCHIR RONO to be the Director-General of the Financial Reporting Centre, for a term of six (6) years.
