NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 841, in Volume DI, Folio 512/4814, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Margaret Muthoni Muhuthia-Kiiru, of P.O. Box 68–40201, Gesusu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Margaret Muthoni Muhuthia Kiiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Margaret Muthoni Muhuthia Kiiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Margaret Muthoni Muhuthia-Kiiru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Margaret Muthoni Muhuthia-Kiiru only.
