NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 158, in Volume B-13, Folio 2464/22541, File No. 1637, by our client, Rashid Mohamed Husein, formerly known as Hussein Mohamed Hussein Dada, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hussein Mohamed Hussein Dada, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rashid Mohamed Husein, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rashid Mohamed Husein only.
