NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 940, in Volume DI, Folio 392/3972, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Eric Banner Mutua, of P.O. Box 90073– 80100, mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Eric Kitheka Mutua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Eric Kitheka Mutua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Eric Banner Mutua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Eric Banner Mutua only.
