NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 176, in Volume DI, Folio 32/483, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Faith Njoki Wangari, formerly known as Faith Njoki Kariuki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Faith Njoki Kariuki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Faith Njoki Wangari, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Faith Njoki Wangari only.
