NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 518, in Volume DI, Folio 421/4803, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Wesley Nyabuto Mogire, of P.O. Box 68– 40201, Gesusu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joseph Onchiri Ondieki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joseph Onchiri Ondieki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wesley Nyabuto Mogire, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Wesley Nyabuto Mogire only.
