NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 469, in Volume DI, Folio 37/530, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Abdirahman Ali Hassan, of P.O. Box 17558–00500, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Moge Hassan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Moge Hassan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdirahman Ali Hassan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdirahman Ali Hassan only.
