NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th Febraury, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 516, in Volume DI, Folio 319/6001, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Abdifatah Ibrahim Ali, of P.O. Box 40923– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdifatah Abdi Ahmed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdifatah Abdi Ahmed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdifatah Ibrahim Ali, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdifatah Ibrahim Ali only.
