NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 17th Febraury, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 647, in Volume D1, Folio 38/535, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Eddy Owiti Owino, of P.O. Box 22745- 00505, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Owiti Eddy Ochieng’, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Owiti Eddy Ochieng’, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Eddy Owiti Owino, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Eddy Owiti Owino only.
