NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and in accordance with the authority granted under E7 of 2026 at Marimanti law Court, to the public, owners or custodians of various motorcycles and other miscellaneous goods currently lying idle and unclaimed within Gatunga Police Yard, to collect the said items within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to which they will be disposed off by way of public auction by Makys Auctioneers on behalf of Igoji Police Station, as authorized by law.
