NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and in accordance with the authority granted under E6 of 2026 at Maramanti law Court, to the public, owners or custodians of various motorcycles and other miscellaneous goods, currently lying idle and unclaimed within Tunyai Police Yard, to collect the said items within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice.
