IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred to me by section 37 (1) of the National Rating Act, 2024, the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Physical Planning, Urban Development and Mining, gives notice to the general public that the Valuation Roll for rateable properties within the County Government of Taita Taveta have been duly signed and certified. Copies of the Certified Valuation Roll are available for public inspection during normal working hours, 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., at the County Department of Lands Offices situated at Ardhi House, Wundanyi, Taita Taveta County. The certified Valuation Roll shall take effect from the due date for payment of property rates as shall be determined by the County Government and shall be used for the purpose of levying property rates within the respective rating areas of the County Government of Taita Taveta.
