REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Robert Kiilu Kyalo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 60.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the county of Machakos, known as Wamunyu/Kaitha/249, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Machakos in Succession Cause No. E185 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Francis Kimanthi Mutuku, (2) Daniel Jacob Kamuti Kiilu and (3) Partrick Nzau Kiilu, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Robert Kiilu Kyalo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 to (1) Francis Kimanthi Mutuku, (2) Daniel Jacob Kamuti Kiilu and (3) Partrick Nzau Kiilu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Robert Kiilu Kyalo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
