GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2489

WHEREAS Joseph Nyaga Kinyua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.09 and 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, known as Gaturi/Githimu/10448 and 10445, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. 207 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Anyes Gatakaa Mati and (2) Caroline Wanja Nyaga, and whereas the said (1) Anyes Gatakaa Mati and (2) Caroline Wanja Nyaga have executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietors by transmission in favour of (1) Anyes Gatakaa Mati and (2) Caroline Wanja Nyaga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Nyaga Kinyua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
