THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Miriam Wanjiku Michuki alias Miriam Wanjiku Micuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0700 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Murang’a, known as Makuyu/Makuyu Block 1/4516, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kigumo in Succession Cause No. E139 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Ephantus Muturi Michuki, of P.O. Box 864-00516, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Miriam Wanjiku Michuki alias Miriam Wanjiku Micuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
