REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwinyi Khamisi Ali, of P.O. Box 60953, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as 67/III/VI/MN, situate in the Kilifi Mtwapa in the Kilifi District, and whereas in the High of Kenya at Mombasa in Succession Cause No. E182 of 2021 has issued a certificate of confirmation of grant of specific performance for the transfer of the property in favour of Mariam Yusuf Ismael, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new land title deed in the name of Mariam Yusuf Ismael, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwinyi Khamis Ali, shall be deemedi cancelled and of no effect.
