REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fajada Ventures Limited, of P.O. Box 101511-00101, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor as lesse of all that piece of land, situate in the Mavoko Municipality in the Machakos District, known as L.R. No. 1/677 (Original No. 1/206/2), by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 246002 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register opened thereof is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed absolute and no effect.
