THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anne Aluoch Warambo, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Siaya, registered under the title No. East Gem/Kagilo/1837, and whereas it has been established that the said land parcel was fraudrently registered, the land registrar has tried to recall the said land title for cancellation and all efforts has been in vain, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the said land title deed shall be deemed cancelled and restored to its original owner in the name of Maurice Oyier Sewe.
