REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilson Kipketer Kosgey, of P.O. Box 1177, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in Nandi County, known as Nandi/Ndubeneti/137, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
