REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Ndegwa Wanjungu (ID/4857505), (2) Julius Otiende Bodo (ID/21783302) and (3) Ann Wambui Gitau, as trustees of Muguru Sel-Help Group, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0491 and 0.0509 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Machakos, registered under title Nos. Donyosabuk/Komarock Block 1/20505 and 20535, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
