REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jacqueline Wambui Maina (ID/22976440), is registered as proprietor in leasehold term 99 years from 1.3.94 of all that piece of land containing 0.027 hectare or thereabout, situate in the county of Machakos, registered under title No. Mavoko Municipality Block 4/44, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
