REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Mugoma Wasiche alias Daniel Mugoma (deceased), of P.O. Box 1572–50100, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, and of succession No. 786 of 2025 is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Kakamega, registered under title No. Kisa/Muhaka/328, by virtue of Henry Mark Alimotengo (administrator) so applying for certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
