IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 45 (1) (e) and (f) of the Energy Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum re-appoints— Under subsection (e)— Mark Nderitu Muturi, Sammy Choge, Under subsection (f)— Peter Kenneth Kimani, as Members of the Board of Directors of the Rural Electrification and Renewable Energy Corporation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th February, 2026.
