NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th December, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 793, in Volume DI, Folio 422/5142, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Mbote Nguyai, of P.O. Box 7923–01000, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Stephen Mbote Mugetha, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name as Stephen Mbote Mugetha and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mbote Nguyai, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mbote Nguyai only.
