NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 321, in Volume DI, Folio 28/443, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Alice Muthoni Wanguru Iten, of P.O. Box 54447–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Alice Wambui Kibunja, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name as Alice Wambui Kibunja and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alice Muthoni Wanguru Iten, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Alice Muthoni Wanguru Iten only.
